On Mother’s Day, 12th May, we dedicate time to honour all mothers, to show our appreciation for the role they have taken on - nurturing, supporting and loving us.

This is a light strawberry cake layered with strawberry and frosted with strawberry buttercream.

Blooming with beautiful edible flowers grown from a local farm, bringing the garden to the cake, it will put a smile on your mom or any family member.

Eggs, almond flour, erythritol, butter, Natvia sweetener (erythritol, steviol glycosides), strawberry, gluten-free baking powder, beetroot powder, edible flowers.
