iHYGGE's skincare and personal care products, selected brands, are free of harmful ingredients. These harmful ingredients include parabens (Paraben), phthalates (Phthalates), SLS/SELS, ethanolamines (Ethanolamines), etc., usually latent in shampoo, sunscreen and other types of beauty products middle.
We do not purchase products that are tested on animals.
Some of the products sold by iHYGGE are vegan due to the use of ingredients such as beeswax in some brands of products. However, we will source brands that are ethical in order to avoid, for example, harming bees. Where applicable, the "Vegan" logo will be displayed on the relevant product page. All products we offer are "clean", carefully crafted and free of toxins.

Candles are also suitable for you who have pets at home but also want to enjoy the aroma, but please carefully consider the following points before purchasing: 1. We currently offer the following delivery services: Kwai Chung self-delivery stickers and courier door-to-door delivery; i. About Kwai Chung Self-Pickup Points At present, the company only provides one self-pickup point, which is located at 21/F, Tower 1, Even Gain Plaza, 88 Container Terminal Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. Kwai Chung pick-up point is only available on Tuesday or Friday (closed on public holidays) 09:00-12:45am 14:00-17:30pm ii. Courier door-to-door delivery Your order can be shipped within 48 working days. The actual delivery date and time are subject to different factors such as delivery address, manpower arrangements and weather conditions, and the information displayed in the payment email shall prevail. iHYGGE will try its best to arrange the best and fastest delivery date and time, and reserves the right of final decision.
Except for the first two days of Chinese New Year and when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, we only deliver to selected areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Saturday (except for Public Holiday). We currently do not deliver to remote areas and outlying islands, and buildings without lift facilities.

Goods Return or Exchange

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on style, color, size or personal preference.
Unless otherwise specified, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of yours), or if the item was not what you ordered, or was delivered in an incorrect quantity, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt. (*Items do not include fresh food and products in the clearance area) The merchandise is unused and in the condition as originally sold, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the merchandise, including instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes. The packaging of the product must be in the condition in which it was shipped.
If you find any damage or omission of the goods after signing, please record the packaging and goods with photos first, and directly send the complete photo record and order number to the customer service mailbox within 7 days after receiving the goods to report the problem with the goods. After the case is approved within 5-7 working days, we will notify you of the result by email.
