Gluten-Free Cake:
Wheat flour is replaced by the following flours - white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, and xanthan gum.
Keto-Friendly Cake:
No refined sugar, using allulose (rare sugar) and monk fruit sweetener instead of brown sugar. Both are suitable for diabetics. Almond flour or coconut flour is used instead of wheat flour, so the keto version is also gluten-free.
Vegan Cake:
Plant-based butter, soy milk, etc. are used instead of the traditional eggs and dairy cream found in cakes. No animal-derived ingredients, artificial colors, or artificial flavors are added. Oat milk is not used unless requested by the customer. The ingredients are simple, and the calorie content is lower than regular cakes, making it a healthier option.
