The combination of ginger, sweet orange, and cedarwood essential oils brings three layers of warmth, tranquility, and gentleness.
Suggested diffusion ratio
Add 100 mL of water to the diffuser:
* 2 drops of ginger essential oil (warming aroma, activates circulation)
* 3 drops of sweet orange essential oil (soft fruity scent, uplifts mood)
* 2 drops of cedarwood essential oil (woody base, stabilizes aroma)
Suitable for use at night or in winter, with a mild and non-irritating scent.
Bath or foot bath
First, add the above formula to 10 mL of base oil (such as sweet almond oil) and mix well, then add it to warm water.
