• Orange (Citrus sinensis)
• Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi)
• Lemon (Citrus limon)
• Lime (Citrus × aurantiifolia)
• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
• Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
• Basil (Ocimum basilicum)
• Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)

How to use:
If choosing to directly apply topically always dilute with 1-2 drops of a carrier oil – like the Muditā massage oil.
Here are some ideas on how to bring your oils into your everyday life with ease.

• Fast Remedy – take a few long, deep inhalations straight from the bottle to reap the rewards instantaneously.
• Apply Topically – The blend mixed with the carrier oil can be applied to the crown of your head, behind the ears, to your neck, and to your temples for quick benefits.
• Humidifier or Diffuser – place 6-8 drops into the water to indulge the entire room.
• Shower Time – with a couple of drops in the corner of the shower you will enjoy aroma enriched steam as you shower.
• Bath Time – by mixing 3-4 drops of your favourite blend with an essential oil dispersant you can completely immerse yourself in the wonderous benefits for your skin, body, energy and mind.
