This cake features Concorde pears poached in spiced white wine, pairing just right with our homemade vegan hazelnut cream !

Cake layers:

vegan hazelnut sponge
vegan hazelnut cream
white wine poached pear
soy whipped cream with elderflower essence

Gluten-free version:

wheat flour is replaced with a mix of white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum

Plant-based ingredients only.
Free from eggs, dairy, artificial colours and flavours.
