Usage Recommendations
Diffusing: Use iHYGGE iHYGGE aroma diffuser and add 2-3 drops to about 100 mL of water to create a refreshing atmosphere.
Localized treatment: Dilute with base oil to about 2-4% and apply to the desired area (such as neck, shoulders, scalp, temples).

DIY Aromatherapy Recommendations
Circulating massage oil (for drainage and relaxation)
Formula ratio: 3 drops of cypress essential oil / 2 drops of juniper berry essential oil / 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil / 20 mL of carrier oil (sweet almond oil or jojoba oil)
Gently massage the calves, arms, or sides of the waist to help promote circulation and reduce swelling.
Forest Breathing Diffuser Formula
Formula ratio: 2 drops of cypress essential oil / 2 drops of cedarwood essential oil / 2 drops of bergamot essential oil
